SEA Homeschool Conference: June 1 - 4, 2017

SEA logo About a 90-minute drive from Baltimore, this conference is the region's only secular homeschool event and it will feature national speakers, such as Michael Clay Thompson and Blair Lee. Joining a fantastic list of speakers, Hand In Hand will present workshops on homeschooling reading without a formal curriculum and homeschooling a child with learning disabilities.

Special Offer

Sign up during the Conference Early Bird Registration - which lasts until Jan 31 - and you can add-on a specially priced one-on-one, 45-minute consultation with Hand In Hand's Alessa Giampaolo Keener, M.Ed. Whether you have outside testing that has left you with more questions than answers - or you just need help with planning for the upcoming homeschool year, you'll have the chance to talk confidentially with an experienced homeschool mom and educational professional.

The Early Bird Consultation cost is $25 (regular price $75).

While homeschooling her 2 children from kindergarten into college, Alessa returned to school at Johns Hopkins University to get an advanced degree in education, specializing in curriculum development and educational evaluations. Alessa now works with families across the country who are seeking help with understanding the unique educational needs of their children. She also works with families involved in criminal and civil court cases that deal with educational matters.
