Hand In Hand Homeschool consultation packages are designed to meet your on-going needs as you educate your children at home. Each month we’ll meet virtually and one-on-one we’ll discuss your questions and concerns. Whether a curriculum choice is not working out the way you thought it would – your child is reluctant to complete work – you need help staying organized – or whatever your concern may be, you’ll receive compassionate and expert advice to help you meet your homeschool goals.

Note: We also offer one-time consultation services for families needing less assistance.

Intake & Questionnaire Forms

Before we begin meeting, you’ll be asked to complete a set of forms. The information you provide helps me understand your child’s educational history, their learning strengths and weaknesses, and the homeschool goals you hope to achieve.

Intake Call

After I have had a chance to review your Intake Forms, your consultation services begin with an initial 30-minute telephone call. The call will allow me to clarify information you’ve provided and together we’ll chart your specific needs so we can make best use of our video conferencing time together.

Video Conferencing

Depending upon the Consultation Package you select, we will meet 3-, 6-, or 9-times throughout the year for a 45-minute Video Conference. We schedule the Video Conferencing at time intervals that meet your needs and talk about the topics you need assistance with.  Should you wish to meet for longer than your pre-paid 45-minute Video Conference on a particular month, you will be charged an additional pro-rated fee.

Emergency Email

Each Consultation Package also comes with the opportunity for 1-, 2-, or 3- Emergency Email correspondence exchanges. Emergency Emails can be used for written help with a matter that may come up in between a scheduled Video Conference meeting.

Payment

Payment for Consultation Services is accepted by way of credit card or PayPal. Take 5% off your Ongoing Consultation Service when you pay in full at the time of enrollment. Otherwise, 50% of the payment fee is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in equal installments in the following fashion:

3-month package     >>     2 payments of $75 each
6-month package     >>     3 payments of $90 each
9-month package     >>     4 payments of $90 each
